Irving Leblanc
Irving Leblanc, P. Eng., The Chair of the Board, former Director, Infrastructure at the Assembly of First Nations (AFN). He has been involved in RESEAU governance and its evolution since 2008. Irving is the Chair of the Board and the Co-director of the RESEAU.
Irving received his civil engineering degree from the University of Waterloo in 1971 and is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario. Irving is an Odawa of the Three Fires Confederacy and a member of Wiikwemikoong Unceded Indian Reserve located on Manitoulin Island in Northern Ontario, Canada. Irving is fluent in his Odawa language.
